999dat Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 999dat website accessible at 999dat.app and all associated services, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 999dat and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account opened in your name after successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in your Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 999dat subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999dat. By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 999dat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 999dat for any reason.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 999dat or any of its affiliated game providers.

999dat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and 999dat bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 999dat immediately via our support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The discovery of multiple Accounts held by the same individual will result in the suspension of all such Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

999dat accepts deposits through the following payment methods approved for Bangladesh-market players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 999dat does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. In the event of a payment processing delay, you should retain your transaction reference number and contact our support team. 999dat reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

999dat does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's current deposit page. The available payment methods may be updated from time to time, and the current list will always be reflected on the Platform itself.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the 999dat Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal can be processed, 999dat may require completion of identity verification, including submission of a national identity document and confirmation of the payment method in use. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure and is not indicative of any irregularity on your Account.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances. 999dat aims to complete bKash and Nagad withdrawals on the same business day where possible, though processing times may extend during high-volume periods such as BPL season, major ICC tournament finals, or peak festive periods including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. 999dat accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the Platform.

Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request being submitted, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999dat may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms that will be published alongside the offer. Where a wagering requirement applies, the standard wagering requirement on 999dat is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotional terms for a specific offer state otherwise.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value prior to the completion of any applicable wagering requirement.
• 999dat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where 999dat has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting a bonus offer — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion — 999dat reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the Account.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. If they have been wagered prior to discovery, any resulting winnings may be voided.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and a provision of these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.

999dat reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The odds, price, or game outcome was affected by a technical error or data feed malfunction.
• The bet was placed in a manner that exploited a system error or pricing anomaly.
• The outcome of the event was known to the player at the time the bet was placed (late betting on concluded events).
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not meet the settlement conditions specified in the applicable market rules.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Decisions made by 999dat's trading team on in-play market suspension, settlement, and void conditions are final and not subject to appeal on commercial grounds.

9 Responsible Gaming

999dat is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. All registered players have access to the following tools at no cost and without penalty for use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a set playing session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from 999dat.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications during play reminding you of your session duration and net balance movement.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999dat Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any other financial misconduct in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999dat Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 999dat or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from 999dat.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Decisions made by 999dat's trading team on bet settlement, void conditions, or market suspension.
• Changes to game rules, betting limits, or odds made in accordance with these Terms.

999dat's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the same calendar month, excluding any bonus funds.

13 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification. 999dat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 999dat may freeze the Account balance pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

999dat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations under which 999dat operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 999dat arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. 999dat will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute mechanism prescribed by the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Players are reminded that they are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to their own place of residence.

16 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999dat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
